Below are the advertising rates and submission criteria for the Best Real Estate Agebt 4u web site.

Types of Advertisers: We allow advertisers from real estate product and service providers. For an example, this would include companies such as mortgage brokers, property inspectors, moving companies, painting and decorating companies, landscapers, insurance providers, lawyers and notaries, carpet cleaners, heating and air conditioning companies, etc. This also includes any other business that operates within the community of the targeted area.

Advertisement Sizes and Rates

Banner Ads are: 440px x 143px (72 dpi) and can be jpg, gif or animated gif or swf files.

1) Province or State Pages: Ad supplied by client

One-time $50.00 set-up fee and $125.00 (plus tax) per month with a minimum 3 month period.

2) City, town or area web page: Ad supplied by client

One-time $50.00 set-up fee and $35.00 (plus tax) per month with a minimum 4 month period.

Column Ads "A-Type" are: 110px x 143px (72 dpi) and can be jpg, gif or animated gif or swf files.

1) City, town or area web page: Ad supplied by client

One-time $50.00 set-up fee and $10.00 (plus tax) per month with a minimum 12 month period. Limited number of advertisers.

or Column Ads "B-Type" are:110px x 286px (72 dpi) and can be jpg, gif or animated gif or swf files.

One-time $50.00 set-up fee and $17.50 (plus tax) per month with a minimum 12 month period. Limited number of advertisers.

Horizortal Ad Blocks are: 110px x 143px (72 dpi) and can be jpg, gif or animated gif or swf files.

1) Province or State Pages: Ad supplied by client

One-time $50.00 set-up fee and $40.00 (plus tax) per month with a minimum 3 month period.

2) City, town or area web page: Ad supplied by client

One-time $50.00 set-up fee and $10.00 (plus tax) per month with a minimum 12 month period.

Creation of Ads - A minimum fee of $75.00 (plus taxes) is required for us to create a basic ad. Additional fees may be charged for art work, animated gifs, swf, etc. We will discuss the clients requirements with them and issue a quote prior to developing an ad.

Site Statistics: The web site presently has over 10,000 visitors a month and this number increases each month.
