The House Diva Program FeesThis unique program is available no where else in the world. In fact, it has never been thought of before. Our members have it first and are the only ones who are bringing it to the market. It is our program for our members, exclusively. Now, that's a pretty good deal, I think. Here's the bad news. As hard as I have tried, Brenda refuses to work for free. I even used my "power house" close or her. I know I was so close, so very close, but we weren't able to come to terms on her dropping all of her present affairs and devoting her entire attention to us, and us only, and do it for nothing. Little did she know I was asking for the stars and would settle on the moon. Well, today, I think we are quite a bit past the moon, maybe, Pluto is where we came to terms and we have some great terms. Brenda offers her services to our members for a fee of $150.00 per consultation and $25.00 for the additional, 30 minute, one-on-one with "The House Diva," to personally review her recommendations with your clients. During this additional gentle touching of your clients, Brenda's real estate sales experience will make you look good too and help you with the listing. Payment can be made by cheque payable to Brenda Paul and you can contact her by clicking right here, or by going to her web site and following the links. If you're in a rush, payment can be made through the Best Real Estate Agent 4u by contacting us and using your credit card. There will be a $25.00 administration fee for each transaction we process on your behalf. This allows us to handle the all of the paperwork and issue payment to Brenda. Call 604-467-0754 from 9:00 am till 5:00pm (PST) or email Gord Moman to arrange for this. How to use the House Diva Program.Brenda will give you all of the details herself. In a nutshell, you take a minimum of three digital images of each room and email them to her. You may have to compress the images or make the files smaller so they can be emailed effectively. Should this program take off as it should, I will make a member upload page so you can get your images to Brenda in an easier fashion. Shortly after you have send your images to Brenda she will email your personalized Home Primping report for the property. Around the same time you can arrange for the 30 minute, on-one-on, client call. Pay as You GoThere are no monthly fees for this program, you pay as you use the service. As an exclusive member of the best real estate agent 4u web site you are able to use all of our "House Diva Home Staging" advertising and promotional materials to help you get more listing opportunities. By offering your clients more value than your competition, you will have less downward pressure on your commissions. When you have a new listing opportunity in front of you because of your use of this exclusive program and you need to seal the deal, this is the time to step-up and get the ball rolling on the "House Diva Home Staging" program. This is also the time that you will be required to pay for the services of Brenda Paul. By using this program and promoting it as a value added benefit for your clients you will earn more money directly related to the program. For myself, I am happy to pay $175.00 for a new property listing, especially if I would not have the listing if it wasn't for the "House Diva Home Staging" program.
I put the Home Staging ad on the front page of one of my Maple Ridge, B.C. websites. On May 8th, 2007 I received a phone call from a Vancouver lawyer who had chose me to sell his acreage in Maple Ridge. He said that he was looking on-line and decide on me over the #1 RE/MAX agent in Western Canada. Wow!
